The warriors have awoken...

Cats have been part of the human household for hundreds of years, our warm companions from the start. However, their history goes deeper than even our own. They tell stories of how they once were warriors, protecting those they served with unwavering devotion against the forces of evil. They bore incredible strength, and commanded forces we could only dream about. Hidden markings in their pelts lit up like fire when in battle, easily distinguishing themselves from the enemy. With this hardly subtle behaviour, it wasn't long before humans became awares of their heroism. However, the warriors services became needed no longer, and they began to fight amongst themselves for power in their ranks. With this fighting, their god, Alayra, took their powers from them and cast them as ordinary house cats. Tales of the warriors were passed down from generation to generation, until they became no more than legend, only truth to those who truly believed, to cats and humans alike. So, when the human race is attacked by unknown origins, the warriors are reawakened by Alayra, sending them to war against the forces. But even with this new strength, will humans survive? Or are they to be wiped from the face of the planet? Only you can decide.

Summary Ok, so we're in the year 2030, when the human race is attacked by aliens or something, I dunno, we'll have a plot discussion... the old cat warriors are rewakened (Hence "The Awakening") and they're sent to protect the planet. Thats where you guys come in.
